Fair Play Violations

Fair play violation – SportsBaazi considers Fair Play to be a priority at its platform and any user violating the Fair Play Terms of SportsBaazi shall be entitled to bear various consequences including blocking of the user account.

Fair play violation at SportsBaazi includes:

1. The player should be a native Indian and at least 18 years old to be able to play on our application.  
2. The people you are referring to should be genuine and the user should not use any fake accounts to gain the “Refer & Earn” cash bonus amount.
3. The PAN card of all your referred friends should be verified.
4. A user creating more than one account on the SportsBaazi platform will be considered as violating the Fair Play Terms of SportsBaazi.
5. Withdrawing money by using any unlawful or illegal means or trying to withdraw money by illegal manners is considered as Fair Play violation at SportsBaazi.
6. If a user is found submitting fake copies or someone else documents while registering with SportsBaazi, it will be considered as violating the Fair Play Terms.

Consequences of violating fair play terms of SportsBaazi

As a part of the consequences for violating the terms of Fair Play at SportsBaazi, the account of the user found to be violating the Fair Play terms will be blocked immediately.

Furthermore, in other scenarios, the total amount present in the SportsBaazi wallet of the user violating the Fair Play Terms of SportsBaazi will be reduced to Zero.

Network Rules

The Baazi Games Universe consists of 3 major networks, namely SportsBaazi, PokerBaazi and CardBaazi.

Note: In order to keep the game fair and keep our individual games operating smoothly, we urge you to avoid using one account to login to a different app. For instance: If you’re playing on SportsBaazi, you must not login to Pokerbaazi or CardBaazi at the same time. Here are some important points to know before playing on the Baazi Games network:

• A user can have a separate account on SportsBaazi, PokerBaazi and CardBaazi. We treat all three games as separate entities. Hence, we do not have a unified wallet for all three entities. Their balances are maintained on different verticals, which is why you cannot transfer any amount of money from one account to another.
• It is not permissible for you to join cash games from separate accounts. For eg., if you’re playing on a cash table on your CardBaazi account, you are not advised to join any other cash table with your SportsBaazi or PokerBaazi account.
• It is not permissible for you to join tournaments from separate accounts. For eg. If you’re registered for the MoneyMaker tournament on your PokerBaazi account, you are  not advised to participate in the same tournament from your SportsBaazi/CardBaazi account. If you’re playing a Multi-Flight tournament from your PokerBaazi account, then you must play the rest of the flights with the same account as well. If you get knocked out of a tournament, make notes of the learnings you had from this one and you may go for the win in the upcoming tournaments.
• It is not permissible for you to join different game types from separate accounts. For eg., if you’re playing on a cash table on your SportsBaazi account, you are advised not to join a tournament/cash table from your CardBaazi/PokerBaazi account.

If it is found that someone has broken our fair play rules and is cheating, we will take the following actions:

• Ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on PokerBaazi.
• Take legal action under applicable law in the jurisdiction.
